This newer home is designed to provide skiers and snowboarders with the ultimate winter sports getaway. The house is 5800 square feet and includes 6 bedrooms and 6 baths. The heated garage is big enough to hold 4 small vehicles and has room left over for ski and snowboard storage. The mudroom/foyer has plenty of coat hooks and cubbies to keep your ski gear organized, along with benches to put on your boots. The basement level also includes a rec room with a pool table and 75 inch 4K TV, along with a playstation 4 gaming system. Theatre seating and a wet bar is also in the rec room. This level includes a large bunkroom that sleeps 6.
On the main level is a huge great room with 25 foot ceilings that includes a massive couch, an LG OLED 4K TV, a beautiful fireplace, a dining table that seats 10, and a kitchen island that seats 7. The gourmet kitchen has Bosch, Jenaire and Sub Zero appliances. There are two bedrooms on the main level, each with its own bath and plenty of closet space. One of these bedrooms has a king sized bed and a fireplace, the other has twin beds. This level also has a heated outdoor deck with a hot tub for apres-ski relaxation.
The third level has two huge master suites with king beds, amazing spacious baths and walk in closets. LG OLED 4K TV's hang on the walls in these bedrooms and one has a custom fireplace. A free standing copper soaking tub is a true treat. There is also a small bedroom/office on this level with a queen bed.
The home will sleep 16 people without having to resort to sleeping on a pull out couch or futon. It has radiant heat and high end finishes throughout. No expense was spared in making this home the ultimate skier's getaway. In the morning it is a 100 foot walk to Trygve's run and from there a short ski down to the base of Peak 8. At the end of the day you can ski back right to your door, or if the weather takes a nasty turn you can come back to warm up by the fireplace in the great room. Although you come to Breck for the snow, you will find that this home will make your time off the slopes as enjoyable as your outdoor fun. Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home. Comfortable and well appointed. Convenient ski-in and ski-out and after a day on the slopes, the hot tub was fantastic and we had great spaces for gathering. Kitchen was very well equipped for making and enjoying meals.

Summary: What an amazing vacation! This was our first time skiing in Breckenridge and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. It is perfectly located for ski in/ski out. We traveled with 5 kids and they were easily able to ski in and out of the house. This made it especially easy when some wanted to take a break. The owner was so easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. We made so many wonderful memories!!!

Summary: The house was absolutely incredible, if anything the photos don't do it justice! Beautifully appointed throughout and loads of space. Location is fantastic - super easy to ski in and ski out, literally 100 yards off the main pistes. And communication with the owner was great, super quick helpful responses and detailed house information. Would highly recommend anyone considering booking this house to do it immediately - you won't regret it!

Summary: This was one of the best houses we have stayed in. The owners was very responsive. Provided everything from check in instructions, how to properly use every item in the house. House was stocked with everything and was very much appreciated. It was VERY CLEAN! This house is better in person- the views, the trails the location was perfect! We will return next summer.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We had great access to the base and gondola to go down to town. Every day we had wildlife come around the house (moose, chipmunks, foxes, etc.). The place was fantastic for our family of 12 and we would love to go back on our next trip to Breckinridge. We recommend it highly.
